Anil Kapoor who has been producing films for a while is back with a new production Aisha and this time it is purely for his daughter Sonam Kapoor.

Aisha is a British novel, Emma by Jane Austin; Sonam Kapoor plays the role of Aisha in the film being directed by debutante director Rajashree Ojha.

The film is set in Delhi. It is about a group of friends lead by Aisha. She is of the belief that everyones business is her business. But her boy friend thinks that Aisha should first mind her own business. The film is about what all the sticky mess Aisha gets into and how Arjun gets her out.

Abhay Deol known for his various choices of roles is back playing the role of Arjun. Arunoday Singh, Cyrus Sahukar, Amritha Puri, Lisa Haydon, Suman play prominent roles in the film.

Amith Trivedi is the music director while Diego Rodriguez is the cinematographer.
